1) Put the softaculous.png AVATARS in the folders check if it is required
2) To add the Fancy URLs option rename the htaccess.sample file and add [[relativeurl]] and add the following in the config.php file:
[[fancyurl]]
[[singleuser]]
3) Fileindex should be taken with FancyURL installed.
